Hi. I have 2 questions. First, is there a way to add another attribute to buy, and sell, maybe add lease?

Also, I would like to have in my site menu a way to point to different categories, such as commercial and residential, and then be able to have my menu divide into rent, sell and lease. This would be AMAZING if I can get this to work. Thanks!!!!!!!!
