I hope someone will answer this one.

How do I completely remove the navigation bar??

I would prefer to link from my own site navigation area so the Jomestate one can go away.

Please respond.

Keep on mind that all the work should be performed from back-end.

If you remove the bar (home - properties - add new) you wont be able to add new users, even from back-end.

The file is com_jomestate/views/homepage/tmpl/_header.tpl.php

Delete (*MENU*) from line 9
<ul id="navi" class="dropdown dropdown-horizontal">
etc ...
until line 29
</ul>

Pay attention on comments of atomp3.

First of all you can try to remove that navigation tool bar with that code and then you can check that coding and then you can remove that code perfectly.
