JomEstate - Real Estate component for Joomla

One future I missing is rules when add appertising.

I think it's be great if there be a text that people have to accept when they want to put in appertising.

I think when you push add new there be a message that they have to accept and then they can put in appertising.

text that we can write.

For me I need to have like "you have to put in picture else we will delete your appertising"

for me it's not good if they not put in picture, it's look bad in the latest module.
